The front desk staff was terrible, she or he (hard to tell) changed us $2.50 per Motocycle to park at a stop be car spot. It didn’t say there were going to change us for parking. This hotels never do. No satisfied by the front desk staff, was rude!

It was nothing exciting. I waited at the counter for about 12 -15 min before I got my rm which I had reserved earlier that day. I reserved a king, and when I got there was told I was getting a queen because tv wasn’t working. I was a wreck already after driving, losing my niece and having to wait at the counter for about 15 minutes. I don’t understand how this works because while I’m standing there in tears trying to figure out if I should find something else, 2 other people walk in and get their reservations for kings! The guy at the counter was super sweet and I appreciated that more than anything.

Great hotel
We always stay at this Fairfield in San Angelo. My only issue is we asked for bedding for the pull out sofa bed in the suite and were only given a blanket and a pillow. There was a mattress pad on it but sheets would have been nice. I always book a suite because I have 3 kids.
