One big disappointment was the shower. It was horrible. Almost no water pressure and did not get hot, just luke warm. It took forever to rinse and I dreaded getting in it the next time. Breakfast was decent but trash cans overflowing in dining area every day. There is a automatic coffee machine with all kinds of options, but every one I tried was just not good. TV service was poor. Beds were ok and room itself was clean. In the end, I wouldn't stay there again.

Rooms were not ready for check in at 3:05 even when they advertise their clock in time is at 3 pm. When asked why they were not ready for us, they were quick to give us an attitude and said they do clock ins after 3:15pm. Following day, they didn’t perform room service we asked for even when we made them aware room was ready for cleaning since 8 am. Room was available for cleaning from 8 am to 1:30 pm and still missed the opportunity to do their job.

I would have given a 5 star but our room when it was cleaned they never stock us up with shampoo conditioner lotion and coffee and towels. We had to call the help desk and they said they would bring it to our room we waited 2 hours and nothing we had to go to the front desk and get it our self. Other than that it was fine.
