The BEDS are terrible. It was like sleeping on a padded wooden board. If you enjoy NOT getting a good night sleep, then this place is for you! You too can feel aches and pains for the entirety of your stay. During my stay, the fire warning lights were blinking half of the night. I called to the front desk and spoke with the front desk clerk. He lied and said nothing was wrong. However, when I finally went downstairs in the morning around 7am, a fire truck was out front of the building with its lights on. When I talked it about while I was checking out, I was asked if I was "Hilton Honors" member. When I said no, I got the feeling the clerk didn't care about my issues with waking up in the middle of the night from white strobe lights and I was courteously dismissed. It was the cherry on top for a sub-par experience. Very disappointed

This is a great location for the River walk! Really close to multiple good restaurants on the river walk. The room was on tge 19th floor; was a premium room, I’m guessing because of the view/height. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels for way less $$$. There was no microwave in the room 😞. No extra sitting area with a 2nd tv, which is always nice to have. I will stay at a different place next time which is just down the street and I know I like these hotels better.
