The hotel rooms were comfortable the beds were very nice. Near everything on river walk. The one complaint is the don't tell you upfront about the parking fee, $39.00 a night a bit high but probably most hotels are doing this.

Prrfect location. Room was clean. Hower the hotel needs a face lift to restore it to its past glory. Floors and carpets need to be changed asap.

Wonderful breakfast options. The only problem we had was when we checked out. Our car was brought around but no keys for it. Apparently car person had pocketed our keys while going to get another car. Unfortunately we ended up having to call the manager of the hotel as the person with our keys was extremely rude!!!
