Great older hotel. Former bank converted to a hotel. Room was huge with full size fridge and sink. There was separate sitting area with its own TV. Plenty of USB connections and a ceiling fan. Unusual in a hotel room. Bathroom was large with separate tub and shower. I don’t know if all the rooms are similar or we just got lucky.

Very clean and the staff is very polite and friendly! Great breakfast, walk right on to the riverwalk and easy to get in and out of on street level. We had a great stay!

Property is unique and attractive. Good value for money. Breakfast enjoyable and tasty. Good location for walk ability to sights shopping and dining. All staff were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered anywhere. Loved Julie Ann at the front desk and housekeeper whose name I’m not sure was an absolute sweetheart. Had a great stay so thank you!

Despite the fact that it is an old building, it is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They include a microwave and refrigerator. The roof top spool and hot tub were so relaxing. They also have a small area in the lobby to buy water and snacks. The FREE breakfast and happy hour are another added bonus! The best part is that the Riverwalk is right there. You can walk everywhere! We will definitely sat again when we visit San Antonio. FYI: There is a $39 per night parking fee (valet).

Everyone from the valet to the front desk do even the Maid Service or just awesome. They’re so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city and activities that we asked for. The food is very good. The drinks were even better. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay there, and we will definitely be back for sure.

Beautiful restored hotel… friendly and responsive staff. Special thinks to guest services Andrew Jackson service with our luggage so we could enjoy the Alamo for a couple of hours.

If you drive a truck that is bigger that a 150 they will not park it in the parking garage so be prepared to find parking else where and the furniture in the room is very uncomfortable but the beds are good. Free drinks and food are a nice touch and make it worth the stay.

We picked this for its location. The room was very big and we were upgraded to a “suite” so there was a separate bedroom with a door and large living area. The free happy hour and breakfast were a big bonus. The property is a little old and “ tired”.

An old hotelthatvysed to be a bank, beautiful rooms, check in was decent, but we didn't know where to park so we found a parking garage and parked, the on check in the person at the desk asked how we were parked, I said we found a spot she responded with " good for you". Our room wa right off the elevators, room was gorgeous view left room for improvement, we could look out, into the office building next door. For over 200.00 when I was told 180, not real happy with that, treated like common trash by the front desk.
