Very Disappointing
We were attending an event at the Alamodome so location was great. Felt very safe. However, many amenities that you’d expect from a room at this price point were missing. We had only one washcloth, there was no bottled water, the creamer was powdered not liquid, the room was tiny, and the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Very disappointed as Hyatt Regency is usually good quality.

I reserved a king bed 5 months in advance and I check in around 5 and all they have is two doubles. What happened to taking a reservation. The guy checking me in is like oh well. Horrible customer service!
