Was not happy with the free breakfast the sausage and stuff all tasted off like you need a new vendor for your meat. All the shower stuff like shampoo, conditioner or body wash was out of didn't work.

We had the best time! The room had a bunk bed for our boys, the pool was *so nice*. This hotel backs up to the River Walk and has an easy access point out the front door to the left. The front desk staff was AMAZING.

The breakfast was terrible scrambled eggs were floating sausage links were limp and look like they just came out of a microwave weren't even Brown. Used the shower and it dripped all night. Air conditioner couldn't keep up and slowly lost ground. Refrigerator had no freezer and was not even to 40°

My three year old picked up the toilet seat and there was poop all over it. Additionally, there were long hairs in the bed and our socks turned out black from the dirty floor. Might as well go to a Motel 6.

Everything was beautiful around the hotel. We enjoyed the location because everything is close by, even walking distance to the market square, and our hop on hop off stop. I only had one issue with Erica who works at the front desk. She wasn’t very helpful almost rude. There was an issue with the reservation and we were locked out of our room and we had to go back downstairs to the desk after I had went downstairs earlier to avoid any problems. Instead of her being helpful she was short with me no apologies for the inconvenience it caused. It really upset me.

The toilet seat in our room was broken and laying on the floor when we arrived. The manager at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful, it took maintenance hours to come to the room to repair it. The room was hot ac was loud and didn’t work well. Super bright lights by the pool were left on all night shining in our windows and they began playing loud music pool side at 8am which we heard very well in our room. Non of the staff informed anyone you needed to scan your room card to operate the elevator which confused many other guests as well which resulted in very long elevator wait times.

First off, the front desk personnel was very polite and check in was very quick and efficient. The property is nice with a touch of Texan decor and is in close proximity to all of the attractions. The only issue we had was that around 10p every night that the toilet would bubble and shoot water out on the floor. This would last about 5 minutes. The first night, I informed the front desk. The nice gentleman informed me that maintenance would check it out. No-one came to our room that night or the following day. The front desk did inquire the next day if maintenance followed up. (NO) On the second night the toilet started to bubble again around 10p and shooting water everywhere and this time water starting backing up from the sink. I recorded the whole incident for proof to show the front desk. By the time, I was heading out the room it stopped. We just cleaned the water up and disinfected the bathroom. Upon checkout, I informed the receptionist about my stay and the "toilet issues " she seemed very unconcerned about what occurred.

Right on the riverwalk. Made it very convenient to all the downtown sights we wanted to see. Very walkable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a variety of options.

The only thing that personally did not enjoy was the breakfast. Not the menu, but the flavors and textures of the food. Beside that, I will book a room the next time I visit SA. Recommended.
