Property was in a great location, the room was a little less than expected as far as a Hilton. Sheet stains and towel issues were taken care of next day, so customer service was great. Still waiting for the call that our Jacket was found. We checked out and few hours later we realized jacket was on chair. Valet was good enough, would use public parking nearby next time for quicker check out.

Great clean modern hotel in centre of San Antonio 5mins walk from Riverwalk and all the history walkable within a couple of hours in centre. Well work seeing the Cathedral and the Vietnam vets memorial and you must do a boat ride!

A little better prepared…
At check-in our room wasn’t ready due to an alleged mass checkout that morning. Housekeeping was running behind on cleaning all the rooms. We sat in the lobby for an hour before we had to ask again if the room was ready and it was magically ready when we asked. The valet program needed some improvement. It took them on average about 15 minutes to retrieve our vehicle and one time the truck smelled like weed when it was brought around. It could’ve been a better experience.

Great place to spend the night. everything from food to drinks to shopping was within walking distance. Lovely rooftop. You all just need a bar up there and its perfect. Will stay again in the future.

My biggest complaint is that when our room was cleaned, the staff did not restock anything! Not toilet paper, facial cleanser wipes, towels. We had to call down to the lobby to get things restocked.

They did not vacuum the room or the clean the bathroom floor even though I had requested Daily cleaning. the hallway on my floor smelled very must like the carpets had been drenched in water. But the worst were the curtains in the room which were not only filthy but stained with blood- I have pictures.
