Parking lot became full on Fri and Sat, so I could not use it and had to park down the street so that sucked as a hotel guest but I will stay there again but will make different arrangements when leaving hotel to venture into the city

Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The maintenance guy who adjusted our air conditioning was fast and knowledgeable. The dining staff were friendly, waited on us promptly, kept the buffet stocked, and kept tge tables clean. Our only hang up was the parking. It was Very expensive, the valet was hard to get ahold of. The extension number given to us never got answered and we had to ask the front desk to call them every day. I suggest 2 valet on busy days. On 2 occasions i saw the valet sittiing on a bench talking to people, while customers were waiting for cars.

We had an oversized vehicle that had to be parked at another parking garage two blocks away. That was a hassle since the person working had left at 4pm. Room was clean but the bedsheets had some stains, luckily I had our own blankets.

It’s a nice hotel my issue was the valet parking it was only one person working with 100s of cars. at night the parking garage of the hotel was full so you have to park your car across the street even tho you got the valet.
