The hotel is very nice, the room was nice but even at lowest setting wasn’t the coldest. The bed is super comfy like sleeping on a cloud. But Diana’s service at Dorregos for lunch was horrible. Maybe it her first day who knows but she over poured all the water glasses spilling water on the table. She rushed everyone to order and was frustrated with the paying system and let all of us know. She said if you have to use care you have to go inside to pay because wifi isn’t great. She did not seem like she wanted to be working today. Instead of having an enjoyable lunch it was terrible. Idk I guess maybe I expected more from an expensive hotel. The nicest workers I met was the lady refilling paper towels in the bathroom and the guys who opened the doors for you. Don’t see myself staying here again.

Our stay at this property was amazing. Staff was attentive and the rooms were clean. Good food and drinks were offered at the property and multiple restaurant options and shopping on Riverwalk. Will stay again in the near future!

We arrived at the hotel after 4PM, and our rooms were not ready. Had to sit in lobby for an hour before our room was ready. Hotel and staff were nice, but several guest could not check in.

I arrived at 1:30 in the morning. I called the hotel to let them know that I would be arriving very late, and I also asked if I could have a room that was not too far from the elevators. Everything was ready when I arrived with no issues!

Excellent staff and super dog friendly. Gave us a gift bag for dog that included a bandana, dog treats and doggie waste bags. Even the restive her a pup cup during our brunch.
