This is the second time I have stayed there in a 1 bedroom suite. Well equipped kitchen .... there is a small restaurant on the property. Staff is friendly and pleasant all through the property. Huge pool with water slide and a very nice lazy river to tube. Grounds are meticulously kept! Beautiful garden area with pergolas . Great yoga instructor Thomas is available 4 days a week. He is well trained and precise with poses. Staff did respect that I wan not going to buy a time share because of our age. Rates can go up significantly on weekends as it's super close to Sea World. Outstanding property and staff!

Absolutely incredible ! We had an amazing stay, everything we could possibly need in our condo , exceptionally clean and beautiful. The pool and slides were amazing, the property is so scenic. Activities throughout our stay, as well as so much to do nearby!

I do not like anything at the property. First off my rooms were wrong. By the time I checked the room and went back to the office I was told all staff had left and no corrections can be made. So I was stuck with the rooms. Then the internet was not working anywhere in the facility. I had to reschedule a business meeting I was going to have there because of this. Then we found out there was a power issue and only of area of the pool was working. No restaurants were open. This was horrible. The. Went back to the room and we needed fresh towels. I called for towels and it took forever. I ended up using the dirty from before. I do not recommend staying here.

Nice property but ……
This was disappointing on check in. Was given my room keys immediately but was told to check with concierge to get parking pass. Concierge tried to sell me a 3 day stay at one of Hiatts other properties. The internet never worked during our 3 day stay. On our last day, the tv cable stopped working. Very nice property but they really should be able to take care of infotainment issues quickly.

Enjoyed our stay
We booked our stay here to visit six flags and the Alamo. Good location. Nearby restaurants for dining. Grocery is also near if you're needing any items. I wish we got to stay longer to enjoy all the activities. We arrived late Friday and left semi early Sunday. Check out is 10am which is earlier than most. Luckily, we were trying to leave early anyway. The kids had fun in the pool with the slides. My sister and I enjoyed etching wine glasses while having wine and girl time. They have s'mores kits for purchase and plenty of space with fire pits. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

This was our 2nd time staying here. We got a suite this time but our room was actually smaller than a normal size room, the lock on the door was janky and half way falling off, the toilet quit working on our last day, the fridge didn’t work at all. Although we love this property our room wasn’t that great.

Staff was not friendly. Room was small ( we was told it was a condo) so no cooking area. There was a couch bumped right next to the bed; then a small patio table against the wall. One of the lamps had bare electrical wires showing ( did not use) Heating and cooling didn't not work. Electrical outlet did not work in bathroom for a hair dryer.

Rented a 2 BR 2 BA suite. After hours snacks are not available. No vending machines or room service. On my down time I unwind watching tv but most of the channels didn’t work. On the positive side the place is quiet. Nice to see deer walking through the area. The pool and lazy river were nice w plenty of available places to sit or lay down for sunbathing.
