we always stay here when we travel to san antonio, and this time was horrible! we usually are out shopping and doing things all day so we check in and leave and dont come back till were done just to sleep. out light in the room went out as we were watching tv and warming up our food. it was dark and my food got stuck in microwave. receptionist was no help at first until i had to be persistent that this was not ok. i messg you directly from expedia hope someone sees all the inconvenient details

Clean and good price, close to our required locati

Outside the room in the parking lot I did notice automotive glass, it was cleaned up by the next morning, and also since this is an older hotel when they lock the doors at 10pm you have to ring a doorbell to get in and wait. I never had to wait, but as someone who was a woman staying alone it felt very unsafe. There was also a weird stain on the carpet in my room near the bed, and the room just always felt humid every time I was in there and smelled a touch musty. Staff was relatively friendly, and informational, I didn't have any real issues besides those stated above.

As soon we arrive to our suite; my girlfriend try using the bathroom but couldn’t cause the toilet wasn’t working. Then the following day we left our late in the morning, when came back to our room our wasn’t serviced and clean. I expect to notch service for paying for a suite that wasn’t the case. We asked for a late check out for all the mishaps and was only granted and hour and no discount so I will tell my family and friends not to stay la Quinta .
