The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. The buffet was not as great, not much selection compared to other places but overall the service was great. I'd definitely be staying here again.

The halls smelled like mold our restroom smelled like a prison shower. But other than that it’s conveniently located near the rivercenter mall and river walk

There was a problem with Expedia and their “virtual card” and the amount charged. Hillary at the front desk and the manager were efficient and professional and resolved the issue quickly. Our stay was comfortable, restful and pleasant. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Well the hotel was clean and nice itself. The staff was Ok. The things that I didn't like was if you want to pay cash, you have to wait until you check out, but they still take your card for file reasons (I get that, all hotels do). But yet the money plus parking still came out of my account. Then their smoke detecters doesn't work properly. We just checked and we was still waiting on our room to be cleaned and it detected smoke in the room. Well they chargedmy card again more than the price of the room itself. I had to fight with to get that money put back in. Then they double charged my sister for her room. As off 5-6 days later, I am still waiting on almost a good amount of money to clear my bank. Because the hotel takes forever to do anything. They say its a 3rd party. They said it would take 3-5 days. Everything else has cleared. Even them taking out the money to began with has already cleared my account which of course putting in a jam. And I have stayed at La Quinta Hotels before, and never nothing like this.
