Near dowmtown, but also near the traintracks

The prooerty was very clean with hard floors throughout. The beds were comfortable. Tbe air conditioning worked well, but it was programed to change itself i think. The kitchen appliances were very nice. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. Caution, trains nearby are frequesnt and loud at nightThe lcation was near the city, but the area was run dow. The sidewalks were hard to walk on . Heads up, google maps takes you to the wrong property.

This home is wonderful. Great location, peaceful to sit outside, and had all the amenities you could need for your entire stay. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

100% would recommend

It seemed like a sketchy neighborhood at first but we Ubered everywhere so we actually had no problem whatsoever. The house is exactly as the pictures portrayed. Very nice with plenty of room for 6. We all said we enjoyed it and would definitely rent it again.

Bachelorette

We stayed here for a bachelorette. The surroundign neighborhood was a bit sketchy however the location of the house was very tucked away and on a nice block. It was clean and organized. A few minor things that may need touch ups but overall this was a great house to stay in!

Alamodome Graduation

The house was very updated and nice. It had many amenities. Very close to Alamodome (could walk there as it’s less than a mile). Also very close to downtown, Riverwalk, and Pearl District and I35 is right there.

Nice house

House was in a good location and nicely equipped. It was a very short walk to the river walk area. Good breakfast spot close by (Panchos and gringos). Kitchen well equipped. It was nice to have three bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms so no one has to share. Would recommend for a group visiting San Antonio.

This is a beautiful home with spacious rooms, big Kitchen, comfortable beds! 3 restrooms to share for a family. Super clean, easy access, great parking, close to everything. We went for my brother graduation at the airforce, less than 20 mins! Highly recommended this house! The host Cristina was the best! THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home♡

Close to everything in downtown and uptown San Antonio

Clean and well stocked kitchen, spacious and comfy beds. Visited multiple places in San Antonio with ease of getting there quickly. Pricing is on the high side of our research, but overall it is a good place for short stays.

Great property!

Travelled to San Antonio with family to attend my son’s graduation for Air Force BMT. The property was very nice and clean. It had plenty of additional add-ons to make our stay even more comfortable. Property was very close to downtown, Riverwalk and Fort Sam Houston. Lackland wasn’t very far. Only slight downer for me is I didn’t see any corner stores close by. But I didn’t know where I was at either, so it might have just been me.

Great House… Questionable Neighborhood

The property was great for our group with all the amenities. We ubered everywhere b/c the area wasn’t a good one for ladies walking. I give the property owners and managers lots of kudos for the property. It was great for a group of five. Well stocked and comfortable beds. Loved the shelf in the downstairs bathroom for items and easy reach. I haven’t always found that in a Vrbo!

Great House for BMT Graduation

We stayed last week for our son's graduation from Air Force BMT and it was great. The owner was great and very accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect fit for our family. We were 5 minutes from the Alamo and Riverwalk and only about 20 minutes to Lackland for BMT activities. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe and there is a great breakfast place on the corners with breakfast tacos!

Great house in downtown San Antonio

This house is within easy walking distance for events at the Alamodome and about 25 minutes walk from the River walk. Quiet neighborhood with private parking for up to 3 cars. The house was clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and Amazing

Property was very clean, tidy, and great location was about 20 minutes away from everything that we did. Close to Lackland Airforce base, and many other attractions. I definitely will be staying there again if or when we come back to San Antonio Texas.

Highly Recommend

This property was perfect for our family get-together. A real plus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very nice, nicely equipped kitchen. Great, spacious living area was great for conversations and just relaxing. A large well-shaded backyard with outdoor furniture was very inviting, also. (The neighborhood has lots of songbirds. In the backyard, we heard nine different birds in four minutes of recording.)

San Antonio House

Going to start with the downside. The cleaning crew/management company didn't restock the paper goods in the rental prior to our stay. We needed toilet paper and paper towels by day 2 of a 5 day stay. When we called Cristina, our contact, she apologized but we still had to buy our own for items that should be available at the rental. They need to purchase cooking pans. There were only 2 small old pans. We ended up using larger flat pans they had.Went to use the BBQ and the propane was empty. There was a second BBQ that used briquets that we ended up using. Now the upside. They did a good job on the makeover of this older home. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. The home was comfortable and clean. It is in a pretty rough neighborhood, but it is in walking distance from downtown. You just wouldn't want to do any walking at night.
