Very nice place to stay and wasn't very far from the river walk. Decided to have the valet park our car for an additional $35 so we didn't have to find a place to park. Nice breakfast offered but was very crowded.

Nice location, the valet parking fee was very reasonable for being downtown. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely spacious and clean, they were very accommodating to our needs. The breakfast is extremely minimal, not many options and the breakfast staff was not very friendly. The bar was great, decent priced drinks, and the bartender was very friendly. The only downside was the road noise, but we were on the first floor and right by the sidewalk so it was expected. The noise was minimal and we did sleep great. Anytime we asked the front desk for anything it was delivered quickly to our room. Very close to the mall and restaurants downtown, great location. We didn’t even need our vehicle the whole time we were there, we walked everywhere. The valet staff was very friendly and trustworthy. A great 2 night stay, will definitely book again.

Springhill Suites had great staff who were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately coffee in the lobby was only at breakfast. There also seemed to be problem with one of the elevators. Great place overall, only a couple of blocks to the Alamo.

The rooms were great, a lot of space just wish the tv was bigger and it was offset with the beds. Service was great, very friendly. Breakfast was really good. Valet parking were friendly and very fast. Definitely coming back!

Overall the stay was great, my only concern is the parking, we are already paying enough for the stay, parking should be included and easy. I had to wait 15 mins outside the driveway waiting on someone from valet, I looked inside and the front desk people are just looking at me like I was lost or crazy. finally I got off my vehicle and went inside to ask for valet and when I believe a valet a representative should be asking instead of us having to look for them.
