The experience was horrible valet lost car key first night was not able to attend any events I had planned and the charged me for the rooms when they verbally told me they was gonna comp the rooms.

The staff was exceptional! The lobby was great! The fitness room was a nice experience. The elevator seemed old and rickety. The breakfast food quality seemed below standard although prepared well and gave a good appearance did not seem quality ingredients. Not a fan of the actual room. Definitely stayed in way cheaper and lower standard hotels with much more higher quality rooms. I did not feel safe in the room.

The hotel was really nice, except for the fact that there were dead ants (bugs) on top of and surrounding the Toliet. Maintenance tried to tell me that the CLEARLY dead bugs were “coffee grounds”.
