I reported an issue regarding finding a wet towel on the floor between the AC unit and the dehumidifier. The Do not need service sign was on my door and someone entered while I was out. I called to report it and No one knows anything. I spoke to 2 different managers and they cannot tell me who or why they entered. They said the would check to see who else has used a key to enter but they have not. I called them two days after checking out to get an update because no one had called me back. This is disconcerting to me. My stay started on October 18-21. I paid for the extra day Oct 20-21 online through Expedia to use some points I had. The incident happened on October 19th leaving me with an uneasy feeling for the rest of my stay. Lack of communication is my issue. Some other issues are dirty ice machine on 1st floor / lobby. Plunger sitting out by elevator door. Fans and electrical cords in the hallway obstructing passageway. I had the luggage cart and struggled to maneuver around and over the cords causing one of my carry on bags to fall off the cart. I have photos just don’t have a place to post.
