Paying for the parking at the hotel is outrageous. I believe our business as a Customer should be enough but I guess that's a California Law. Other than that it was a great stay at this hotel they provided free compliment breakfast for the 5 days stay with plenty of options to choose. Thank you for meeting our needs.

DISGUSTING
This hotel back in the 80s used to be a Sheraton. It was really nice back in the 80s. All they did was change the name on it. Whoever owns this hotel, put a Crown Plaza sign on the exterior to trick people into thinking they’re getting a good hotel. This hotel is disgusting from the outside to the inside. I had to move rooms because my original room had a broken toilet, a leaking air conditioner, the lamps didn’t work and smelt like death. They moved me to the 10th floor in a “suite” that was nowhere near a suite. This hotel needs to be condemned, remodeled, or torn down. This hotel is disgusting and should not have a 7+ rating on this site. This hotel is maybe a 2/awful.
