Excellent Property. Over a 30 minute drive to the SJO Airport. Staff was great. Facilities were excellent.
Breakfast sumptuous. Great Pizza / Mexican restaurant at the front of the property on the same side of the street. Excellent food at a very good price.
We stayed because we had 8 hrs that we didn’t want to wait in the airport so got the room to rest and clean up. Advertised that it was close to airport. IT IS NOT! 1.5 hrs in traffic or 35 min no traffic. That is not close
Overall, my stay was excellent. There is an underground parking lot that is free. However, every time you need to leave you will need to stop in at the front desk to validate the ticket to leave. That is a pain especially since I am not used to that. I kept forgetting to validate the ticket and would have to park again and run back upstairs to validate the ticket. I wish the room key card would also serve as the parking gate key card. Aside from that, the hotel and grounds are very clean and safe. The room had a hairdryer and iron and ironing board.
The room blinds where broken, which led some light to get into the room in the morning. Getting out of the hotel after check out was a problem. The staff at the lobby didn’t explain to us that we had to get a ticket, but we could get in and out of the parking lot with our room key without any problem. After we did the checkout and left the room keys at the front desk, we were told to push the assistance button at the gate but nobody answered. It took a while for a guard to come and assist. I feel the whole episode could have been avoided. Also swimming pool was closed. On the positive side, room size was great. Room service was good and not that expensive. Breakfast was also good. I will probably come back, despite of all the cons. I liked the location.
My mother and I visited this hotel for 6 day vacation and we loved it. Staff were very accommodating. Supermarket across the street because the snacks are overly priced. Restaurants in the area were all amazing. Highly recommend!
This is a really enjoyable hotel, everything is convenient, several superb dining options nearby, Starbucks next door, parking secure and convenient, staff helpful and friendly, rooms very comfortable, and location in Santa Ana is really pleasant. Thanks ao much.
