Whilst the location to the airport is quite good, Management could come to an arrangement with Alpha, and Andrew’s parking to utilise their airport shuttle services as both are located within walking distance to the Ibis Budget hotel. Both the hotel, and Shuttle bus could charge clients a fee : win/win for all parties. The Ibis Budget is very tired and dated - get rid of shower curtains. Our hand basin leaked badly, but the prompt receptionist called the plumber and it was fixed the next morning. The air conditioner in the dining area has caused the shelf it sits on the warp, and it looks in danger of breaking - hazardous. Both the old air con, and fridge in the room were too noisy for sleeping, and had to be switched off. The batteries in the remote were flat. On the up side, the friendly staff were very accommodating, and being able to pay for extra parking was a god send. We managed to secure a room for two nights over a very busy time - beds were comfy, with room service and it would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom, and a shelf to put belongings - please. It does seem odd offering a continental breakfast but opening at 0730. A self service bar would be better. Especially for very early flights. Value for money - no. Location to airport - excellent. Shuttle Service requirement is a must - please consider the suggested remedy.

Basic airport accommodation
Very basic hotel used before an early morning flight as it’s close to the airport. Rooms are clean & comfortable enough but the building is in need of upgrades as it’s getting very tired. Front desk staff were lovely especially the morning crew after I ran into some problems with my flight being cancelled.

VERY SMALL rooms and basic amenities; when we placed our suitcases in the room, there was hardly space to walk around the bed. This an old run down building located in an industrial area with no food options without taking an Uber or taxi. The staff were friendly and the room was clean.

I’ve never felt passionately enough to take the time to leave a review for a hotel booking on Expedia, however there’s a first for everything. We had a 10 hour stopover at the airport and wanted to get some sleep before the early flight in the morning. I assumed at $295 for the night it would be good, and it was close to the airport. Pros: - The lady at check in was lovely - gave us the second floor so we didn’t have to carry 2 toddlers and 3 suitcases up too many steps (no lift) - the loud hum of the box air con drowned out the domestic in the hallway - We only had 10 hours here Cons: - We had to make our own beds with the linen left on the bed and linen supplied was one bed short - The rooms presented like a 1970s hospital - For the price, worst room ever

If you are getting in on a late flight ask the others in the taxi line if they are heading there as when I showed up about 4 taxis from the airport arrived at the same time. You could potentially save on a $30 taxi ride that was only about 5 minutes long. Good breakfast options too.
