Whilst the location to the airport is quite good, Management could come to an arrangement with Alpha, and Andrew’s parking to utilise their airport shuttle services as both are located within walking distance to the Ibis Budget hotel. Both the hotel, and Shuttle bus could charge clients a fee : win/win for all parties. The Ibis Budget is very tired and dated - get rid of shower curtains. Our hand basin leaked badly, but the prompt receptionist called the plumber and it was fixed the next morning. The air conditioner in the dining area has caused the shelf it sits on the warp, and it looks in danger of breaking - hazardous. Both the old air con, and fridge in the room were too noisy for sleeping, and had to be switched off. The batteries in the remote were flat. On the up side, the friendly staff were very accommodating, and being able to pay for extra parking was a god send. We managed to secure a room for two nights over a very busy time - beds were comfy, with room service and it would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom, and a shelf to put belongings - please. It does seem odd offering a continental breakfast but opening at 0730. A self service bar would be better. Especially for very early flights. Value for money - no. Location to airport - excellent. Shuttle Service requirement is a must - please consider the suggested remedy.

It was nice enough for one night. Bathroom was okay though the light took a long time to turn on after pressing the switch. The bedding and towels were clean but the floor was not. I kept getting things stuck to my feet so ended up wearing shoes when walking round the room. The bed was very nice and comfortable.

The property is okay. It’s location is convenient for traveling, clean room but without any shampoo, almost empty body wash when I arrived, and no hand soap. Had to buy my own but I didn’t mind. I noticed a couple of people staying there close to my room were out refilling their body wash while I went to get a clean towel when the cleaners and hotel service people cleaned up the empty rooms. I had to take my own rubbish out and change my bin bags. When I asked for some tea, I was given one. I find the employees hard to approach, no smile or welcoming effort as if they don’t want to be there. I’m sure they can do better.
