Upon arriving we were well received by the Hotel staff. I had called prior to arrival for a possible early check-in since our flight arrived at 10 am in San Juan from NYC JFK. He listened to my concern and he made notes in reservation pertaining to issue. He explained hotel policy. I highly recommend the Hilton Hampton Inn and everyone on premises was welcoming, happy to assist and quite proud of their jobs. Ms. Maeling Chung Front Office Manager was attentive to our concerns when a guest in the evening interrupted my sleep. The next morning after breakfast she explained that the guest was on the wrong floor and inebriated. The cook Jose at the Poolside Grill is an excellent cook and very professional. The young ladies as well on staff 10/23 -10/28 as well. The staff at the buffet breakfast are also attentive and I have never seen such an elevated high work ethic. Overall everyone on the premises are truly dedicated and professional. Our suite was also properly cleaned and left impeccable. It was an amazing experience and made my husband and I a gay couple very well treated in Spanish and English. We were so impressed with service,delighted & surprised with a Happy Hour as well. As we have stayed before with Hampton Inn in upstate NY and Hilton in NYC the beds are comfortable, white linens perfect and towels. The Hilton in Cartagena de Indias as well was a success in terms of the level of comfort. My sister recommended it on her travels and I decided to join thru Amex. Five ✨

The property and staff were excellent. Morning bfast great. The outside pool and grill for evening another great option. Local restaurants within walking distance , additional great find. The assigned room lovely. The biggest drawback, late night/early AM noise, related to possible drinking, or no self awareness for other guests

My credit card always charged $50 more than what my receipt with Expedia said I would have to pay at the property, without even an explanation. Hopefully this will be cleared up upon checkout .

The staff was very nice, no complains there. We got the room on the first floor and there is something with the doors that they don’t close slowly and silently. All doors slam. So we would hear the slam of doors all day. The doors also don’t seal from the bottom, so you can hear everything that was happening outside. The housekeepers offices are also downstairs so starting at 7 am you would hear the constant door slams and all the screaming and talks of the housekeepers. This was very horrible. The shower area does not have a sewer, everything in the bathroom is a flat floor so the water needed to go to the center sewer in the center of the bathroom floor in order to drain. There were 2 small roaches coming from there so I had to wet 2 small towels and put it over the sewer to seal it in place so nothing else would come up. The free breakfast is decent its fruits, oatmeal, toast, bagels, eggs, bacon/ sausage, waffles and coffee. From 5-7pm you get to have a free drink and a snack which was chips or nachos. (You do pay like $42 per person as a resort fee) My husband and I will not come back to this hotel in Puerto Rico. I prefer to pay for breakfast outside or get myself a drink somewhere else than to not rest properly and have roaches in my bathroom.

Room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast had a wide variety of selections. The pool, swim up bar and grille was very nice. Grilled hamburgers were very tasty. Vanessa the bar person ensured you enjoyed your stay at the bar/grille. Well done service.

Breakfast was fair, but there was not enough fruit at the breakfast, and the half and half cups were impossible to open, and waffles were not better than Waffle House. For $400 a night, breakfast could have been a little more upscale. On the other hand, the staff was great. Great taxi service to the airport and to Ceiba harbor. Nice pool. Room was clean and everything worked. Happy hour drink was appreciated, but there was nothing to eat but popcorn. How about some nuts and chips for $400 a night?

You will have a good time here if you’re looking for a quick fun party/getaway. The breakfast was great, the happy hour and food at the pool bar was great! The staff were great. The only thing I didn’t care for were the outdated rooms and and the 1 roach, but it is Puerto Rico so bugs are likely. A little update is all that’s needed. Even my 76ers old son had so much fun at this hotel

Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Pool bar had great food. And of course happy hour every day from 5 to 7 PM including free drinks and snacks was our favorite!
