Wonderful stay and staff made the difference. Especially from Zoely and our favorite Aaliyah! She was a special treat with her smiles and laughter and attention to detail. I have operated hotels for over 30 years and the staff here really "get it" from check in to the very minute you leave. I was very impressed and we will definitely be back.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and accommodated during my entire five day stay. The staff was kind, quick to help me with any of my concerns, and the service overall was great, even when I was dining at the restaurant. Cleaning service is optional and I appreciated that I did not need to be removed from my room every morning. The access to the beach convenient and the view is beautiful for both sunrise and sunset.

Absolutely perfect beach house.
Just a dream. Not fancy. But perfect. Loved the location, the vibe, the team. Everything about this place. And it's away from the craziness of Condado. Highly recommened.

My first time to Puerto Rico. Numero Uno Breach House was wonderful. The staff, every single one was very happy, nice, helpful, and just wanted to make sure i was set for my stay and for my island adventures. Room was cleaned everyday, even I did not ask. The food and drinks was great.. the pancakes are the best! Going to miss all those beautiful faces. I will you all very soon

It was cozy felt like home. Super clean, great service, rooms were amazing. The beach was steps away. The food and drinks were really good but very very pricy like pricier than a hi end Hotel. But overall great little place to stay for a few nights

My husband & I visiting Puerto Rico for the first time and we wanted to have a beach house experience. Numero Uno Beach House gave us what we were looking for a clean, safe place with the view of the ocean/beach from our room. My recommendation for the Beach House is do have small activities for the guests after the restaurant bar area is closed. For example trivia-games night, meet & greet, Happy Hour bring your own bottles and snack's.

We loved staying here. It was as close as you can get to the beach. Very safe and secure area. At night the house was locked preventing people from just walking in the property.

Beautiful Hotel on Beach
Hotel is on the beach. Beautiful views. Rooms have no balcony but a relaxing balcony is available for guests. We were in a deluxe oceanview room. It is spacious but shower a bit small. Customer service is great, everyone is warm and accomodating. Beach chair and umbrellas are provided. I will stay there again if we return to San Juan
