The staff that cleaned my room were excellent. That were cheerful and pleasant. The people in the restaurants and casino were friendly and helpful. The people in the shopping areas were also helpfuul and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is gorgeous! Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We had no problems at all! We stayed 3 nights. Food in all the restaurants was a little pricey, but the prime rib sandwich in the casino was the best I have ever had! I would definitely recommend and we will go back!

Pillows were rock hard. This is a 5 star casino hotel with a pool. No bathrobes in room. Buffet was shut down. Restaurant floors vibrated like an engine was in the floor. Ordered a take away grinder sandwich that came on bread because they ran out of rolls. There is no place else to eat, yet the options here are very limited.

We went for pleasure. Really nice hotel and casino, along with the restaurants. The rooms did have a funky smell, like humid, but they were nice, clean, and comfortable.

Cool property, great for walks/exercise. Pools were great aside from all the kids in the hot tubs. Staff at lobby desk and Red Sage bar were not friendly nor courteous. We choose to go elsewhere but not many (nicer) dining options in nearby areas. Room lacked a microwave and was a bit “worn” in areas.

Beautiful resort. Arrived on a Tuesday but was disappointed that there was limited dining options available at the resort. Casino restaurant was backed up with a waiting time of 20 minutes. The area still has not recovered from Covid.

This is a beautiful place to stay! Very nice rooms that are very clean and comfortable. Casino is nice and I love the balconies with each room to go outside!! This place is relaxing with great amenities!
