Beautiful hotel, great location and service. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay

The location was perfect for walking the old town and enjoying the Jardin Allende during the day, evening, and night. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and spoke in English and Spanish, which was great for me to practice my Spanish.

Beautiful place

The place was in a great central location to downtown and upon request amenities were available. A couple of things that were not on par was the communication with how the valet worked and the bed was extremely firm almost felt like I was sleeping on pallets with minimal padding. With the parking, I had a couple of instances where I had to self park after hours and walking as a single woman was not advised especially since the parking lot was about 10 minute walk away. Overall the rooms were great, location perfect and the resturant inside was delicious.

The staff was very friendly. And answered all my questions.
