This was a typical Central American lodging non-international chain. The price was acceptable but you get what you pay for! The room was rated as King bed but at best, only Queen bed. The hot water got worse each day we stayed. The breakfast selection was poor and the “hot” items were either lukewarm or cold … but at least it was free! The bed WAS comfortable and the AC worked well. The hotel did not have a restaurant and the only food nearby was a Burger King up the street or a Texaco gas station across the street.

Everything was excellent until the day before I left, after cleaning lady Anita cleaned my room one pair of sandals and another sandal were missing. The next morning before I left I asked Anita to search underneath the bed with the broom and she said she would do it but she never did. I looked underneath the bed and there was nothing there. I found the pair of sandals wrapped in a blanket on the upper shelve of the closet. I couldn’t find the other missing sandal. Also Anita didn’t supply us with the proper number of towels and lining.
