Our stay was quiet and restful, and parking was easy. Only drawbacks were that cleaning staff left dirty sheets outside our room overnight. Also building is old, our room had an odor from the pipes.

Stay was fine. I was very bothered that I was called about 7pm of check in day and told I had to arrive by 11. Also tried to call office and the room phone was dead. Used my cell and no one picked up. I called 8 times over an hour span before anyone answered.

Room was good and overall everything went well , my complaint is more about the front desk who asked for paperwork regarding my service animal and in the state of california this is actually illegal to do so the ada act protects people with disabilities from this , i have my pet cards but before the trip i called and they assured me i would not need my id card so i went without it however upon arrival they were insisted on it , so they left me with the option of paying for my pet . Under the ADA, hotels can't require documentation for service dogs.

Tried to give them a chance to respond, prior to this review. Sent email to account listed on their website, no response. Tried to follow up by phone, but no one answers. So here is the email that I sent: I believe this is the 3rd time we have visited your location. All pervious visits have been satisfactory. This visit the cleanliness was a major disappointment. Not sure what systems you have in place to avoid situations like this, but suggest you do something (random spot checking, weekly full inspections, etc.), or this will be our last time visiting your location. Room 137, Friday and Saturday night. 11-1-24 to 11-2-24. Here are some pictures of some of the issues. Thanks for your attention and look forward to your response. PS Did not try to use furnace based on how dirty it was.

Just about everything during my stay here was wonderful. My only complaint is that the hotel lists “breakfast included”. They broke this promise and did not have breakfast for its customers.

Cute hotel, looks like they are doing some renovations. Front desk was super friendly with great dining options. Laundry facilities could have been cleaner as well as the patio had spider webs everywhere. Room was big and clean. Had a weird smell, but that went away after being in the room for a bit. Fresh coffee would have made this stay better. All and all the price was right and rooms were clean
