It looks like an older property. It was comfortable for the two nights we were there. The boys really wanted to swim but they had closed the pool in the afternoon to put chemicals in and didn't reopen that day. The next day it was raining so they couldn't swim.

We reserved a suite but it was not a suite, one room with 2 queen beds and a couch, most suites are two rooms. They just shampooed the floor and the smell was awful. But stafff was very friendly and nice. Shuttle was convenient.

The young lady who checked us in provided superior customer service. She was friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately the shuttle driver was the complete opposite. If I hadn't said something to him I am not sure he would have said a word to us. It was early morning but in my book that is not an excuse.

Could have been better.
The hotel is clean on the outside and appears to be recently updated on the outside. The rooms are small and dated. The bathroom shower had mold around the drain and the bath faucet was falling off. Room service only comes every 3 days and for a family of 3 the trash piles up quickly and during a ball tournament you take baths each day and don’t reuse the towels. The breakfast is your typical continental breakfast but found the coffee creamer to be spoiled and the coffee could have been better. Hotel is located in a very good area that is close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Just convenient to the airport. Hotel rooms were very old and smelt musty. This hotel room was so noisy as it was next to the highway which had traffic all night. Did not get any sleep. People need to be made aware of this. Definitely needs updating and renovating. The only good thing I could say is that it had a great free breakfast, but this did not compensate for the overall stay which was awful.

We had a very late pick up from the airport and appreciated the shuttle. Breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Would recommend!
