Wow this hotel has great customer service from the moment you step in with entertainment, courtesy water & ice cream. Unexpected entertainment throughout the stay in the common areas. Till the moment you leave, they were still offering courtesy water. It was quite the treat to stay here. Loved it!

¡Una experiencia de ensueño! Mi estadía en el Hotel Ushuaïa fue simplemente inolvidable. Tuve la suerte de estar en una habitación en la torre, con vista directa al escenario… ¡un verdadero privilegio! Desde ahí pude disfrutar de todos los shows diarios, incluyendo artistas de talla mundial como David Guetta y otros DJs emblemáticos. La organización, el ambiente y la energía que se vive en cada evento son espectaculares. El hotel está diseñado para ofrecer una experiencia completa: música, lujo y comodidad. Además, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Siempre atentos, cordiales y dispuestos a hacer que tu experiencia sea realmente única.
