The food was varied, fresh, and delicious...so good! The pools and outside areas were easy to access and very pleasant to spend time in. The rooms were very comfortable and roomy. But most of all, the staff at the Hyatt Ziva was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and made us feel we were very welcome.

This property is under construction so there is noise all day but the staff and service is great. A little noise while you are pool side but it isn’t a big deal! They turn up the tunes and service for food and drinks is fast! Norma is the greatest at water aerobics!

We loved this resort! It was our first time to Cabo and it didn't disappoint! The rooms were clean and the beds so comfy! Food and drink options were plentiful and all of the staff were super friendly and accomodating. Many activities to take part in during the day at the pools. The beach was amazing for long walks in the morning. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this resort - hope to go back next year! Thank you

When we arrived they did not give us the room we chose on their website. I paid extra for an ocean view and they tried to put us in another room. After complaining we were moved. To be honest with you do not pay extra for ocean view because all rooms look over the ocean. That was not honest at all. The food was ok nothing special about the food. The hotel was under construction which made it dusty noisy and horrible. They should give special discounted rates for guests who have to endure the construction. Would I visit again this hotel? Not again . Thank you !!

While we knew there would construction, we didn’t expect drilling, sawing and hammering from early in the morning until late at night. Ruined the relaxing with all the noise. Safe broke, cold water tap in tub didn’t work and tv was pixelated and had to call in IT who still couldn’t get it to work.

We stayed 6 nights. 3 nights no sleep due to 1st night no air conditioner 2&3 after fixed - everytime turned on sounded like airplane turnung on. Finally changed our room. Manager spoke to us and apologized and offered hs 15 thousand on reward points. Still waiting for points - it's been 2 weeks. Very disappointed. We have for years stood at hyatt resorts in other places.have always had great experiences. Unfortunately - not in cabos hyatt.

Shout out to the service team! Our waiter every morning for breakfast was a lovely man, we sat in the same spot every morning but although he remembered our names sadly I can’t remember his! cinthia and Alfredo in the lobby bar were so great! Only issue was the construction noise but didn’t bother us, the gentleman who arranged our tour was great too…. Love Hyatt Ziva

Hyatt Ziva was an excellent experience, especially for a first time at an all-inclusive resort. It is worth a 5-star rating, but there are some changes I hope the resort considers. 1) Sometimes you will ask for an item and you will be told that it costs money. It would be good if these items are clearly indicated as not free so you do not have to ask. It is interesting that alcohol of every variety is free, but a Red Bull or a coconut cost money. Also, it seems odd to be at a resort next to the beach, but flip flops are not allowed in some of the restaurants. I understand the intent of a dress code, but it should be optional for those that just want to relax and enjoy the stay. But overall, none of these comments take away from the amazing experience and the extremely friendly staff.

Enjoyed our stay to celebrate our 50th birthday. Had a great time and the staff was very attentive and will definitely come back. The staff from Cesar in the entrance to Angel in the adult pool. Esteban in the buffet section and Cynthia in the sports bar. Paola playing loteria. Norma also making it entertaining. Bryant in the Cortez bar. We definitely will come back. Thank you for the memories.
