The tweeker riding her bike at 2 in the morning and harassing my husband and I was the only negative thing about this place. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Property and rooms seemed clean. Didn’t see roaches as said in other reviews.

Remember that it’s a budget hotel
The reviews left with me with higher expectations. You can expect a decent, budget friendly experience in a safe area. Do not expect great service or cleanliness. It was clear one of the bed sheets had not been changed, but I could not get anyone on the phone to answer in the lobby.

A place to park to check in was tricky, and the lobby door was not in a place where you could easily see. Our room was in the building not connected to the main area and one of the doors was damaged so anyone without a key could get in. It was quiet which was very nice. The staff were helpful and the room was very clean.

My check in experience was aweful. The receptionist was rude and gave me keys that didnt work 2 different times. She made me feel like i was doing something wrong. I asked for a different room she very rudely found me one and wala the keys worked the first time. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the breakfast.

Desk clerk didnt seem to friendly, but then got nicer. Room was ok. A couple steps above Motel 6. Dated, but ok. They didnt extra charge for our dog, a big plus. Thr lights in the room are extremely dark. It was very hard t o see in the room with every light on. Its like they were all 10 lumens. The parking lot, however, was super bright and well lit! Air conditioner was working, but not great. We just wanted fresh air. Lots of places to eat all around. Right off the freeway. The price was fantastic. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. Waffles. Not much else. The toaster was broken. They did have bagels, but no way to toast. A couple pastries. Yougert. Hard boiled egg.3 juices. But, for the price, i guess we couldnt be too upset. Good for a quick rest spot.

Very nice self service breakfast room with cereal, bagels, juice machine & easy to use waffle maker. The key card security gate with access to the hot tub & or pool was unaccessible, out of order, needs to be repaired, front desk staff did their best to troubleshoot the issue, but still, we had no access.

A great hotel at a great price.
My friend and I stayed for 3 nights, and the stay was great. The hotel is surprisingly quiet, and it's very clean. The breakfast is simple but good (waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, etc). It was very inexpensive, but I'm guessing that's because it's the off season (December).
