Hopefully it could be better cleaning
It was an old property that is well maintained. However, the bedsheets, duvet, and towels were not so well cleaning. The front desk service was friendly though. Hopefully the housekeeping service can be better.

We were glad at least the sheets were clean but the room had a layer of dust and the shower was downright gross and dirty with a layer of black grime all around the top of the shower as well as the tub itself dirty. The hotel itself is old and a little run down which I can tolerate if it's clean. The staff were friendly and they do serve a nice breakfast but I'm glad it was only one night.

The staff are awesome and friendly.T his is an older property that has got a new paint job. It looks nice but in some areas they needed to do more than paint. The attempt at breakfast burritos missed, They are not supposed to be soggy.

This was a one night stay. The room was nice, bed was cozy. We could hear the closing of doors, it echoed. I had to use ear plugs. One of the bath towels had a yellowish stain, it looked like it was just washed and reused. Not cool. The front desk should be more instructive on where breakfast is served and a room key is used to access. Not knowing, we turned in our key and could not get into the room. And possibly expanding the bf room would help those with mobility disabilities. It was very crowded. We took our food and offered our table to the disabled lady and husband. The property could use some attending to; there were no stir sticks for the coffee in the lounge, and the glass-doors were fifty. I would suggest automatic doors so we would not have to touch the handles or it would help the disable. What I like seeing was the pet friendly kiddos. Although we did not bring ours.

I like the self service check in but there was an issue and I needed a staff members help anyway. The first room I got had an open window that was broken, I tried to close it but I couldn't. 2nd room was great.

We ordered extra pillows on line when we booked. We told the clerk at the desk when we checked in (3:00 pm) that we needed 2 extra pillows. At 5:30 I went out to the desk to get the status of our extra pillows. The desk clerk checked and informed me the maids left at 3 pm, and there were no extra pillows for our room. Not good for my knee.
