Terrible hotel
This place is not great. The place is falling apart—from the cracks in the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, to the lack of ice on my floor. The service and attitude of people working there also sucks. I’ve stayed at Hostels nicer than this place. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra and stay someplace else.

Power died in the first room. Second room had a suspicious odor. Third room also had no electrical power. Fourth room was functional. They deducted the $10 "amenities" for our troubles. How generous.

The beds were very comfortable and it had dimmable can lights. The bathroom had nice new tiles, but the door kept hitting in the spots when opening. Forget about being quiet when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. There was also some road noise that was annoying.

The toilet seat was loose. There was no roller for the toilet paper. Several people were waiting to check out but no one came so I left. This was a business trip so I really wanted a paper receipt.

Last day, ceiling in restroom started to leak from the room above us. Called the front desk to report, but nothing was done. Was not able to shower that morning. Also reported on checkout. Will not be staying here again.

Had to switch rooms three times, the first two had about 7 live small bugs on the ceiling and in the bed, third room was clear. A/c was average in the first room and fine in the others. However they did compensate us for our troubles. Staff were a lot of younger people that couldnt be found most of the time. When they were found they weren't very hospitable. Don't forsee us returning again. However their sister location seemed to be a lot better, 'The Sage'

We had a four day stay at the hotel. There was no maid service during the stay which was problematic for getting towels and extra soap. Also doors to the room slam constantly which is annoying at 2:00 a.m.

We had to change rooms because room 204 had a strong oder of urine which was unbearable. We were moved to the room next to it, room 205 and I then found a small rouch on the bed. I grabbed the rouch with a napkin and took it to the office. When we asked about staying an extra night, they wanted considerablely more from the first night. We booked an lovely Airbnb for less.
