All aspects were satisfactory. Unfortunately, we were unable to access the rooftop to enjoy the sunset, which was a key factor in our decision to stay there. The rooftop is currently undergoing renovations, despite no prior mention of this online.

Lovely classic La Fonda at its best. Kevin Wu efficiently, professionally, courteously checked us in and our rooms were absolutely lovely. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, beautiful Santa Fe style decor and Nespresso coffee makers with liquid creamer in the room to top it all off - perfect!

Very nicely kept hotel right in the plaza area, Walkable to everything. Fabulous restaurant. Parking is interesting with a big pickup in the attached garage, but doable. We would definitely stay here again if in Santa Fe.

Best in room information book, the best service, valets help everytime u check into parking, the hotel is beautiful, the ice machines fill cups and have filtered water, room service is delicious and fast…its probably an all time best hotel for us.

I had an incident during checking in. As I was walking to the front desk I step on the rouge, the rouge slipted and I felt on the hard floor. I twisted my anckle and hitted my knee. The person in the front desk didn't seem to notice. When i told her what happened she was apologetic and offered an ice bag. I just went to my room and had pain all night. No one from the hotel checked again with me, nor they seem to do anything about the lose rouge. I think it's a safety hazard, I would expect better from a hotel like this.
