The location was great. The room was small. There was 1 chair and no desk, the chair barely fit the room. Too expensive. We walked everywhere but if you plan to drive, skip this place.

Great option to stay next to downtown Santa Fe! Very walkable, room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good quality. Only downside was that the room was a bit noisy... had a door in the shared wall with adjacent room that let a lot of noise through. Not a big deal for us and just gave us an excuse to go walk around more.

Perfect stay for us on Thanksgiving weekend with our dog. Very clean and spacious. Included breakfast much better than the usual included breakfast fare. Our first room near a walkway was a bit noisy, but staff was very accommodating to move us to a quiet room with an outdoor patio for our sweet Nellie dog.

Great rooms, convenient location to downtown Santa Fe, easy parking to room access, great staff & awesome breakfast that is included. Comfortable beds/linens, good heating and fireplace in room. We had a very nice stay, would recommend.

hard surface issue
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Only problem was that another hotel guest upstairs from us woke us repeatedly from heavy walking and moving or dropping furniture. The Santa Fe style hard surfaces heighten sound. No one answered when we phoned the front desk. Though had we stayed another night the hotel would have made sure that no one stayed in the room above us.

Rooms were beautiful. But this was possibly the loudest hotel ive stayed at. Probably till 2am and started again at 6am. More than likely will not stay here again due to this reason

First time staying at your property- the front desk sent us in the wrong direction to find our room. It was very cold and we had to go back to the front desk to get the correct directions. The front desk did not seem to care that we were sent looking in an incorrect area for room 44 that he said was right behind the reception area. I also asked about the breakfast and he seemed to be unaware of what you would offer. After a long travel, it did not seem to be a welcome to your property.

Wonderful and close to downtown.
Beautiful hotel close to downtown. Loved the room with the little fireplace. So cozy! Breakfast was phenomenal - fresh and homemade.
