This was one of my favorite hotels in Santiago until one of the alarms 🚨 ‼️started going on while I was half sleep I couldn’t figure it out. If it was inside or outside, finally I wake up called from desk and they were busy until someone came and close the door. People that are leaving they don’t care if they leave the door open. This system is insane and pointless and the pick up from the airport a nightmare i submitted my request in Expedia sent multiple texts through WhatsApp and they don’t care I stayed 2 times with them and same problem. The fist time the told me everything was ok but they never told the chofer second time never replied

An excellent option with free airport shuttle

The shuttle is good but needs booking in advance, and the return to the airport gets full quickly - but definitely a huge convenience/bonus to have this. Super hotel with exceptionally comfy beds and blackout curtains, and good sound-proofing too. Super quick WiFi and breakfast, while not fantastic, was certainly more than adequate and filling. Overall highly recommended, especially after a long flight (and we're so grateful they let us check in very early).

Excellent hotel for short stay in Santiago. Clean, modern and comfortable. They provides= shuttle to and from airport at anytime, even for our 5am flight which requires a 3am shuttle. They also accept usd at a great conversion rate, slightly better rate than money exchange. Easy uber, around 10-12k cps, ride to downtown lastarria. We stay with La Quinta for both layover. Especially nice and accommodating staff at front desk. They were willing to mail my postcards for me because my last layover was on the 31/1st and all post offices were closed for the holiday. Super grateful! Would stay again next visit!

Great for quick airport turnaround

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Emails were answered promptly. We stayed here because we had less than 24 hours between flight and the hotel was perfect for that. The shuttle service was excellent, even at 3am!

Modern hotel with great amenities. Dining at the hotel is convenient and food is of good quality. There needs to be a little more attention to cleanliness (there were ants on the floor of the dining area). Overall, a great place to stay if you are in need of transiting through Santiago on the way to other adventures in Chile!

I would use this only for to and from the airport unless you have a vehicle. Gas station in walking distance with food and snacks plus subway and little Caesars if you don't want to pay the insane prices in the restaurant. We ordered burgers at the restaurant ($41 usd for 3) and not even my husband who grew up in a farm eating everything ate his. Breakfast was good though but also $16 usd a person for the buffet. Room was huge and clean and staff were great. Free coffee and water was a really nice plus and the price we paid was great.

Great airport hotel

We stayed 3 separate nights at the Hotel for this trip. They were responsive through the WhatsApp chat but don’t try to call. The shuttle must be booked before hand. The shuttle from the airport was not consistent. One of the shuttle vans was not “branded” so no way we could identify it. Lucky for us we overheard other guests asking the driver if it’s the shuttle. It looks like the Hotel outsources the shuttle service to another company. The shuttle service to the airport was orderly and great. I love the Hotel provides hydration station at the Lobby. The food at the restaurant outside the main building was better the lobby restaurant.
