I would not recommend. Bed comfy but that was the only good thing. Hard and high pillows, no water pressure and terrible service. Airport transfer showed up an hour later than the pre booked time. After 20 hrs of travelling the extra hour felt like a long time especially when contacting the hotel and not being able to find anyone willing to actually help, ie they just said it will come soon. Arriving at hotel staff was rude (Diego), no greeting smile or even an apology- said he was too busy helping customers (at midnight) to answer my calls from airport regarding transfer… not sure what I was then maybe not a customer until I actually arrived in the hotelbut clearly not worth wasting any effort on. Breakfast was very basic for fruit and healthy options. Mainly lots of stale pastries & bread.

This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. That said it is probably the best near-airport hotel we have stayed in. It has an all-day and reliable airport shuttle, modern large rooms, good 24 hour restaurant, gym and pool. The staff are helpful and were happy to accommodate us despite arriving way before formal check-in time (we arrived at noon). We could not want for better on a one night stay between flights. We would definitely chose it again if the need arises.

Airport shuttle was very difficult to navigate. On our first stay I called for pick up and was told i needed to book 24hrs in advance, which had never been communicated. On my return trip I tried to reserve the shuttle in advance but could not do that on their site and no one returned my emails or answered the phone. Very frustrating
