Primeiramente meu quarto, 306, estava com defeito o ar condicionado. Após o cansaço da viagem passei mal de calor na primeira noite. Comuniquei na recepção do ocorrido e disseram que iriam enviar um técnico para consertar. Chegamos de um passeio às 15:30 da tarde e não havia ido ver o defeito. Após algum tempo foi até o apartamento e nos disse que estava mal regulado, sugerindo que eu não sabia regular. Perfeito ele religou e não resolveu. Fui novamente na recepção e disseram que iria aumentar a vazão do gás e que resolveria. Questionei que não queria mudar de quarto somente no final da noite. Me disseram que iria dar certo. Voltamos 23:30 e foi exatamente oque teve que ser feito, arrumarmos as malas e trocar de quarto. Segundo ponto, no café da manhã por volta das 08:00, os rechauds do ovo, bacon, legumes desligados e todos os alimentos gelados, tive que mostrar para o funcionário para que o mesmo acendesse. Por 2 vezes me levantei para pegar um café e suco e retiraram meus pratos com alimentos, a reposição de alguns alimentos como Yogurt uma eternidade. O sistema de aplicativo para chamar elevador e abrir a porta do quarto, várias vezes e também vi outros vários clientes com dificuldades.

The staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are spacious and very organized. Free minibar with sodas and water, coffe and tea 24/7. Breakfast is really good and healthy options, waiters in breakfast area are very kind and helpful. Loved ny stay and would definitely recommend

This hotel surpassed my expectations. It is modern, clean and the area around it is safe and has dining options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. The bed is comfortable as expected. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Santiago.

Excelente opção, mas atenção!
Ficamos hospedados do dia 01 a 08/07/24 e realmente a hospedagem atendeu as espectativas quanto a excelente localização, instalações confortáveis, atendimento cortês,inclusive com dedicação de todos os funcionários para se comunicarem no idioma português. Creio que o café da manhã pode melhorar um pouco em relação a variedade de frutas e de outras opções do hábito do brasileiro, dado que pude perceber que 90% dos hóspedes são brasileiros. Outra crítica refere-se a incidência do imposto IVA (19%) no pagamento dos itens consumidos no hotel, não me refiro ao pagamento das diárias, apenas dos itens consumidos, pois se o pagamento for em USD não há incidência do imposto, mas em pesos chilenos (moeda local) é cobrado.

Ótima experiência
Adoramos nossa estadia no Hotel Solace em Santiago. Hotel super bem localizado, muito próximo de uma estação de metrô e de ótimos restaurantes e bares. O lobby do hotel é super cheiroso, deixando uma marca sempre na entrada e na saída dos passeios. Super limpo, cama gostosa e chuveiro ótimo! Senti falta apenas de um kit amenities no banheiro, principalmente de touca de banho. E pra fechar, conta com um café da manhã bem completo, com reposições frequentes, e uma máquina de bebidas quentes e água disponíveis 100% do tempo. Também usufruímos do restaurante do hotel nos dias em que não quisermos sair para jantar e fomos muito bem atendidos. Enfim, foi uma ótima experiência nos hospedarmos neste hotel!
