Estuvimos alojados en el SLIM São José Zion Hotel durante 15 días y puedo decir con certeza que incluso en temporada alta, este hotel se destaca por ser confortable y cómodo. El servicio de comida es delicioso, y quiero destacar especialmente a las chicas que preparan el desayuno. Son todo un amor: a pesar de las barreras lingüísticas, siempre se esfuerzan por saludarte con una sonrisa, verificar si necesitas algo y ayudarte en todo lo posible. Este nivel de atención realmente marca la diferencia. En general, el personal del hotel es muy atento y amigable. Tuve un inconveniente con una cama en la habitación, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. Me ofrecieron otra habitación temporal mientras arreglaban el problema y lo resolvieron con rapidez y eficacia. Es evidente que la satisfacción del cliente es una prioridad para ellos. El equipo de limpieza merece también un reconocimiento especial. Son increíblemente rápidos y honestos. Mientras desayunábamos, en solo 20 o 30 minutos el cuarto estaba impecable, como nuevo. Además, dejé pertenencias, dinero y otros objetos de valor en la habitación y puedo decir con total tranquilidad que nunca se perdió nada. Este nivel de confianza es invaluable. Por último, el mini bar tiene precios accesibles, lo que resulta una excelente opción si decides quedarte a descansar en el hotel. Razoável

A melhor parte do hotel é o chuveiro, possui agua quente e forte. A localização também é boa, próximo de alimentação e afins. Entretanto, as acomodações são antigas, travesseiros ruins. Ar-condicionado funcionou bem, a TV funcionava mas estava com problema acredito, o brilho estava bem fraco. Consegui deixar o carro estacionado na frente do hotel. O café da manhã é simples e no dia estava bem lotado, tive que esperar para poder consumir o café. A acústica dos quartos é ruim, no dia tinha bastante barulho no corredor. Considerando o custo-benefício, é razoavelmente bom.

Bom custo benefício. Hotel em cidade/local bem próximo e com fácil acesso a Florianopólis. Bom café da manhã, recepção muito cordial. Quarto é simples, mas atende as expectativas. Única critica, seria que , utilizei o cobertor que estava no quarto pois era um dia frio e este estava com mau cheiro, provavelmente foi guardado sem lavar ou mofou por estar muito tempo guardado.

This hotel is right across from the bus terminal, great for those traveling. A supermarket is a one minute walk. Staff is friendly and speaks English.
