The Grand Chancellor was superb I would highly recommend it to anyone. Check in and out was easy. The parking although a little tight was cheaper than other hotels. We really enjoyed our stay here before our international flight.
This is a nice hotel very close to everything in Adelaide. We used public transportation - very convenient. The pool is nice although difficult to find a shady place to sit. The room was very comfortable even if our view was a concrete wall. The staff are helpful and friendly. Its an 8.5/10. I deducted a half point for the old orange chairs that look like they came from the 70’s

Thank you for an amazing stay - from fulfilling our special request to helping us with different check in times. We appreciated the staff and the venue. Would recommend to anyone else wanting to be located centrally, in a nice, clean hotel with good staff and service. This was our third stay, and we’ll be back.
Great experience for our first visit. Room was excellent, large and very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was most welcome on a hot summer day as was the poolside bar. Another excellent, comfortable bar inside the hotel. Great dining facilities on the mezzanine level. Hotel is conveniently located to most places in the city. Great visit, we will definitely use it again when we attend events in the city.
Staff service is perfect. Can't complain. Friendly and efficient staff in all areas - reception, cleaners, restaurant staff. The only thing i don't quite like is the presence of a lot of massage parlours in surrounding areas but hotel is good value for money. Good amenities and lovely staff.
Thank you so much for granting my request for an amenity during my parents’ stay. It was their final week in Adelaide as they retired, and it meant so much to them. A special mention to Mr. Sumin B. And team who coordinated everything via email we truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture of the complimentary letter and jam. Great location, cleaners need to be tort how to clean, and fill the coffee and sugar containers. Hot Breakfast buffet was cold. Overall good accomodation.
