The stay was nice. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on. The counter was built too close to the toilet, making it uncomfortable to sit normally. There was no mini-fridge or microwave, which I thought was bare minimum for hotels/motels. Otherwise, I had a nice stay.

Comfortable and Great Value
The staff was very helpful. The TV in my first room didnt work, so they moved me to another room. The Dish Network TV system is not good. The picture kept freezing and it would change channels on its own. Strange. The walls are a little thin and I could hear the shower in the next room. The bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

I called on Thursday to cancel before my stay on Friday before 6:00 Thursday ,ckeck in time was Friday I had to cancel because the road was washed out because of Hurricane. Microtel charged my credit card anyway the full room stay . Not happy about that , I should get my funds back. Please help, please add it back to card

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable; the towels were nice quality. The room had been updated but needs more work. The refrigerator froze everything we put in it and the temperature control didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work and a new one wasn’t available. A staff member took me to another room to use that one. Our room smelled musty and felt damp even though we ran the a/c full time. There was no fruit whatsoever in breakfast room. The online site says there is breakfast and deli, but no deli was there.

Stairs a bit creaky, and loud. The provided breakfast is okay, however the tables are right in the pathways between 1st and 2nd floor and it’s tight space for both. Room service kept providing new towels except would forget to take previous towels behind the door. Also the shower curtain bracket always felt like it was about to fall of the wall. The shower head not suitable for anyone over 6ft tall, plus just moving around the shower, felt and sounded worse than the stairs, so much creaky and cracking sounds like was going to fall through the floor. Otherwise was good stay with many options to eat in surrounding area.

MICRO lives up to its name
Micro room sufficient. Towels too small, shower head improperly installed. Stayed at Hampton Inn 2nd night. Room much larger and cheaper.
