This is an interesting Hyatt. First, the rooms are clean and soundproof, with a refrigerator, but no Microwave. They are pet welcome and in a good location. On the otherhand, this Hyatt does not live up to Hyatt standards. First, don't believe their website description. No Starbucks expresso cafe--in fact, most of the time, there was no coffee in the lobby, no nutritious appetizers or bistro burgers, and amenities were not in a machine, but stacked in a shelf. Second, breakfast was served, cold and not on hot plates, sour cream instead of cream cheese for bagels, and really no open daily cafe except for breakfast. Third, in the evening, they do have a cash bar which was good. Third, the staff was nice, but really did not seem like they wanted to work for. So, they need to update their exaggerated web description (which really sounds like this Hyatt used to be in the old days), to complement their location and really nice pool area. It really does sound like a property that has decided to go basic at high prices. My choice would be the Marriott Bonvoy across I-75 expressway, and the Hyatt my second choice and not be taken in by the over blown website
