My room didnt have any hot water, 8 had t0 take a cold shower. I told the girl at the desk she didnt care one bit! She also never offered a discount, refund, or another night stay.

Great staff, comfortable beds, but mouse in room.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Requests were accommodated. However, we were in a first floor room, facing a parking lot. We found a lethargic (probably poisoned) mouse in our room late at night, and it would not run away when approached. Instead it hid under furniture. I do understand mice can get inside even the nicest facilities, but it was quite upsetting and I would request a 2nd story room if I'm ever back at this hotel again. Bring water bottles because the water tastes and smells of sulfur.

Homeless people sleeping and camping in bushes on the property. Did not feel safe. Hot tub broken, pool heater broken. Place has went down hill from many previous stays.

The hotel is currently accommodating more than 80 homeless individuals due to the hurricane that impacted the area, which we understand is an extraordinary situation. However, the common areas were visibly dirty and neglected, leaving much to be desired in terms of maintenance and customer care. Regarding our personal experience, we stayed in room 207, where the air conditioner began making such a loud noise at 12:30 a.m. that it was impossible for us to sleep. When we reported the issue to the front desk, we were informed that no maintenance staff was available, and the only solution offered was to switch rooms in the middle of the night, which was extremely inconvenient. We believe these situations reflect a lack of preparedness and care for guests. It is important for the hotel to take steps to improve the cleanliness of the facilities and address technical issues promptly, even under exceptional circumstances like this.
