Este hotel esta lleno de cucarachass..tuve que pedir q me cambiaran de cuarto 3 veces entraba y apenas abria la puerta una fiesta de cucarachas...estaba supuesta a quedarme 2 noches y solo me quede una y eso x q no podia cancelar perdi dinero y tiempo..NO LO REVOMIENDO Y EL ELEVADOR SUENA HORRIBLEE...

This property was awful! We did not stay, it smelled like a horrible air freshener exploded trying to cover up water damage/mold. I have to kids with asthma we definitely could not stay there.

The shower had no hot water ( maybe 70 degrees ) no water pressure, could barely rinse soap from hair. The tub felt like it was going to fall through. The hot water was actually turned off under each sink, fridge not working, car on blocks in parking lot, guys sitting in front of office on curb drinking beer, marijuana smell everywhere. Unless you cant find anything else, stay away from thia place.

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit in the face with a smell that I can only describe as cooked broccoli that has been sitting on the counter for 2 days. I immediately opened the window and turned the air conditioner fan on full-blast but it didn’t help. I asked the front desk if we could change rooms and there weren’t any available, but he gave me a can of air freshener. I immediately started looking for another hotel to move to but everything was booked. We made it through one night, but couldn’t stand the smell any longer so thankfully found a new hotel to move to for the remainder of our trip. Other things to note: water only got warm, not hot, and there was very little water pressure. My son wanted to take a bath but it would have taken hours to fill the tub. The bathtub still had hair in it when we checked in. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I do have to say that the staff was kind and respectful, and the manager did refund my remaining nights when I told him we couldn’t stand another night there. While I was at the desk 2 other people came by to complain. Hopefully big changes are made at this property—I feel bad for anyone who doesn’t have the option to leave.

Real dumpy for the price / this is not more than a 1-1/2. 2 star tops - The only reason it was not all one star is the checking in (checked in about 10:00 pm) and checking out staff were excellent- the dude in the morning was very friendly and help to everyone in the lobby.

This "hotel" was not at all like it was listed. It is a hostel, not a hotel! It had a cooktop and frig as listed, but zero supplies - not a single utensil, pot, plate - NOTHING. We got there late and forced to stay one night. Called you and you arranged for the hotel to amend our booking for one night. They charged us over DOUBLE the rate we booked for. They said it was because we were only staying one night. This is the 3rd time we have booked a Choice Hotel with you and Hotels.com, and all of them were hostels. We had to buy supplies just to eat dinner. We were in town for my husbands surgery so had to find another place in a hurry and it cost us an arm and a leg. You should NOT ever offer Choice Hotels as they are all turning into hostels. Also, the words "Extended Stay" were not in the booking. We found that this wording means hostel.
