Our stay at Leela Bhartiya City hotel was an exceptional experience. The hotel ambience was luxurious. All the staff from front desk, concierge, restaurant, security and front gate were incredibly courteous and very helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. Each and every member when meeting always greeted with namaste. Food was exceptional. The service is amazing. The rooms are huge and well kept . Everything is exceptionally clean. Dipankar in concierge was helpful in arranging our trip to Mysore. Had a very pleasant visit. They also arranged a free pick up from airport one way, when departing also had a representative to help with baggage and going through security. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly. Was honoured to take part and light The Leela’s traditional lamp lighting ritual.

The central location, nestled in the heart of the city, made it exceptionally convenient for exploring local attractions, shopping centres, and dining options. Everything was within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Prince and Sanjay, who provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensured that I felt welcomed and valued. I stayed at Vivanta by Taj on three separate occasions, each time for one night as stopovers between my travel destinations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was delightful. Special thanks to Rajesh and Jayden, who accommodated my early departure for a flight by ensuring I had breakfast before leaving. Their thoughtfulness and efficiency made a significant difference to my morning. The rooms were another standout feature of the hotel. They were well-appointed with modern amenities that ensured comfort and convenience. The decor was tasteful and elegant, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room furnishings and cleanliness was evident, making my stay extremely comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Vivanta
