We weren’t crazy about our room because it was at across from the elevator which made for some noise. The bed, while comfy, was not a queen size as promoted.

The check in was simple. Room was beautiful, clean and cozy. The pool super busy however it’s because it’s great! 5 different pools, my children loved that as did many other parents. Family friendly! The breakfast was delicious, room service was great! Right downtown Saskatoon. Skating rink across the street with an overlook to the river. Definitely will be a returning costumer.

Very nice hotel. We had a beautiful room with a River view. Only disappointment was that our truck would not fit in the underground parking. It was storming and we were looking forward to parking underground.

Although may stay was fine. I could hear the people in the next room, some of the furniture looks outdated but that is fine. What upset me was that I had a gift card I was planning to use but they automatically took the payment from the credit card in file with Expedia. Than I has to waste my time at the front desk. The first the lady said wqs that I needed to talk to Expedia. I talked to Expedia, they said I.needee to talk to the hotel directly. The front desk lady finally was able to give my refund but I was then double charged for parking. I didnt want to waste any more time so I paid for it so i could leave to pick up my child. I wont be staying there again.

I booked this property for a medical trip. My young son had to fast into the mid afternoon so the noon check out was a bonus. My only complaint was housekeeping knocking on our door two times to see if we were checking out-despite our sign on the door. While they were polite, I thought it to be unreasonable to try and rush us out at 9:30 or 10:30. The property itself is lovely and the room was immaculate so they are doing a wonderful job there! The beds and pillows were very comfy as well. The pool area was great- a shallow pool as well as a deeper one with two hot tubs and a sizeable waterslide. I would definitely stay here again!
