I will never recommend anyone stay at this property. The rooms are streets away from where you check in which is also located in a very unsafe area. Lots of homeless and drug addicts walking around with full access the both buildings. I checked into a room that was very dirty with lots of stains in the carpet. There was even a disgusting ass bedbug casually lying under the pillow. When I asked to switch rooms due to this inconvenience and disgusting experience I was denied unless I pay the an extra $100 JUST TO SWITCH! All of the photos online look absolutely nothing like the property and have false advertisement. They even added a photo of the Venetian resort to their photos in attempt to scam anyone into booking with them. The staff was not friendly at all, I would not wish this on my worst enemy or to even visit on Halloween. And what makes this experience worse is how careless the staff is. No refund despite me not staying there even for a night, no compensation for this. It is very evident that they don’t care about the guest experience

I didn't realize the manor tower was a separate property. The checkin process is fully automated so no service. The manor tower is bunch of old buildings like barracks on the back side. Absolutely no food or drink there. Lots of shady activities like prostitution, weed and ppl making noises. Would not recommend

The bed was a bit noisy with metal spring sounds, but it was comfortable. Three pillows were provided. Nice blackout curtains. Very little counter area at the bathroom sink. No refrigerator. No microwave. Good price. Located between the "main strip" casinos & the Stratosphere.

My wife and I stayed here on the day we planned to drive back home to Boise, Idaho. I had car problems the night we made it in to Vegas (11/24/24), and we needed a last minute hotel until we flew out on 11/30/24). Chase canceled our card because it thought Lyft charges were fraudulent. When we got to circus circus they would not take cash for check-in. They had me go to the cage, give them cash to put in a gift card. Then pay with the gift card at check-in. I had 40 remaining on the giftcard. The cage would not give me cash for it. Then tou can only use the card at specific circus circus shops. Waste of money. Zero undersranding or care from casino.
