Paradise Beach Club 231 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

This stunning, ocean view, two story unit has everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. Please note there are stairs in the unit. This unit offers remarkable views of the ocean from your second floor private patio and the upstairs master bedroom. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a twin and double bed, and the living room has a pull-out sofa if required. This unit is perfect for putting the kids to bed upstairs and retreating to the main level of the condo to enjoy the rest of the evening or sit out on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the ocean.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a pull-out sofa if required. The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels. There is also free wireless internet available.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

So much better than a hotel

Amazing getaway

This property was the perfect location for an early spring getaway. The view from our balcony was relaxing and peaceful of the ocean to sit and have our morning coffee. The ease of contactless check in and email communication was a bonus. We will definitely be back again!

Best place on the beach!

Our family had amazing vacation at this property. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Paradise Beach club and it won’t be the last. Stay in Coco Beach manages their units very well and are very communicative about your stay. We enjoyed our time at the beach and pool each day!

Perfect!

The condo was amazing. Right on the beach. A wonderful pool. It was right across the street from coffee and a grocery store. It was two stories so we were able to put the kids to sleep and still stay up without waking them up. The property manager was extremely helpful and left a little gift for my grandpas birthday. I have no complaints. I will stay here again next time I visit my family!

Exactly as described, very clean. Beds very comfortable along with the pillows. Kitchen adequately stocked, nice appliances, and clean and newer bathrooms. Beach chairs and cooler was nice to use. Pool was great with plenty of seating. Beach literally steps away. Great view of ocean from balcony and master bedroom. Great communication by Zareh and easy check in. Definitely would stay again.

We had a great time, the property has lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the proximity which is very convenient. The condo was clean, spacious and equipped to have an easy and pleasant stay. Master bedroom has great view to the ocean. Will definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!!

Overall, we were very pleased and would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds and pillows were SO comfortable (would like to know brands). The T-Fal cookware was pretty scratched up (some people don’t know how to handle non-stick). The downstairs shower was great other than not enough hot water for 2 showers and breakfast cleanup. Great location to where our family lives.

Good gathering space for family reunions and get togethers.

All the basics were provided. Our unit was dog friendly (we have two small dogs -about 5 lbs each). dog walking areas are at north and south ends of property. Our pots and pans are in need of replacement but still functioning. Toaster is at 50% (2 of 4 slots don’t work) and upstairs toilet makes quite a noise during the flush cycle. None of these issues were game stoppers and we would definitely return as the rest of the property is great.
