Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.
Finally, you can enjoy all the benefits of having a ground floor unit without having to sacrifice an excellent view of the Ocean. This ground floor, oceanfront unit will blow you away! Picture yourself sitting on your patio, overlooking a large grass area while still having a spectacular view of the ocean. This unit is perfect for anyone, especially those with children, with the large grass area right outside your unit offering plenty of room to run and play. Also perfect for those who are looking to travel with their pets, you're steps away from a gated pet area.
The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, large plasma TV and stunning views of the ocean. The second bedroom has another king bed with flat screen TV. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping space (not a sofa sleeper). The unit has two fully remodeled bathrooms and is fully stocked with linens and towels.
Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theatre right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive. Pet Policy: two pets (dogs or cats) are permitted. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.
Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.
