We arrived as a family of four. The hotel itself, buildings and grounds are well kept and looks recently updated. Our room was nice and met our needs well. My only issues were that the the food menu was limited and not suited to kids, we were also unable to get any refreshments in the day and after 9pm. There was also no milk in the room to accompany the coffee and tea. The hotel has two pools however the water in the outside pool looked mucky. Overall it was a nice hotel with grounds however lacked any vibe and the facilities to obtain refreshments

Arrivée en fin d’après-midi… une seule jeune femme adorable se démène entre un groupe en séminaire et un groupe de nombreux cyclistes qui squattent le comptoir… elle doit être partout et de fait nulle part ! Totalement débordée malgré sa bonne volonté… La chambre qui m’est attribuée est sous les combles, pas vraiment rénovée avec le style du domaine. Pas de clim dans l’hôtel et la chaleur doit être de 35 degrés dans la chambre (42 à l’extérieur en journée canicule rouge). Autant dire qu’il est impossible de séjourner ne serait ce qu’une nuit ! Je demande à changer de chambre et on me propose une nouvelle chambre au même prix, rénovée cette fois, mais sans clim et bien entendu avec une chaleur étouffante… je prends la chambre… je serais obligé de dormir la nuit avec la fenêtre ouverte, ce qui en soit n’est pas un problème si je n’avais pas du conjuguer avec le groupe en séminaire qui a chanté, « fait du bruit jusqu’à une heure non raisonnable… la nuit fut également blanche pour moi comme dans doute pour eux … comment dans un domaine aussi vaste, ne peut on pas séparer un séminaire, d’autres personnes qui aspirent à se reposer uniquement ? Quand au petit déjeuner… une machine à café pour tous… très nombreux ! Une organisation et des règles sanitaires qui laissent à désirer … J’ai fait le tour des 5 continents, l’Ardèche est pour moi une région de coeur à laquelle je suis fidèlement attaché et j’ai été très déçu de cette expérience bien désagréable. Des propriétaires au top, un service parfait. Seule la personne plus âgée au restaurant le dimanche soir parle difficilement à la jeune fille qui elle est au top avec les clients et fait de son mieux. Sinon tout parfait !

Sejour agréable de 2 nuits.
Certaines chambres du 1r etage ont une vue sur un mur. Nous en avions une au 2eme, c'etait tres bien. Il existe également des appartements pour les familles. Une piscine intérieure et une exterieure. Petit dejeuner moyen.

Nous sommes descendus dans le Sud, pour 3 jours, comme le temps n’était pas au RDV, nous avons écourté notre séjour pour passer une nuit au domaine en Ardèche, nous avions pris cela pour que nos filles puissent profiter de la piscine. Mais à notre arrivée, on nous a indiqué que la piscine n’était pas chauffée, qu’il y avait un problème et Le lendemain cela devait être réparer. le lendemain une employée nous a indiqué qu’il s’agissait enfaite d’une ouverture de fenêtre ouverte trop longtemps qui avait refroidi la piscine et qu’il fallait du temps pour réchauffer. Et le lendemain, elle était un peu plus chaude mais assez pour que nos filles en profitent, Nous n’avions pas pu profiter de cette piscine raison principale pour notre venue dans cet établissement. Rien ne nous a été proposé pour compenser ce désagrément. C’est dommage car il s’agit d’un beau domaine, et cela aurait pu être une belle expérience.
