Great incredible staff good location. Nice property. The construction next door was horrible super noisy all day. Staff tried to help. The beach bar had something to be desired. Slow service and if I didn’t return used glasses nobody would. Saw some 2 days old. Dont stay on construction side!!!

Perfekt ophold
Bedste sted på koh lipe. Medarbejderne er så søde og hjælper dig med alt! Værelserne er lækre og flotte. Blød seng og god hovedpude. Wifi virker godt! Det eneste er, at de er vildt dårlige til engelsk alle sammen.

Eigentlich ein richtig tolles Hotel leider aber gibt es einen stark renovierungsbedürftigen Pool, es waren so viele Fliesen weg gebrochen, das bringt ein großes Verletzungsrisiko für die Kinder. Das Frühstück war aber mega lecker und die Zimmer waren komfortabel. Das Personal war super freundlich und sobald das Hotel renoviert wird würde ich auch sofort wieder kommen. Der Strand ist super.

環境很好。早餐總類多，好吃美味，泰奶喝到飽。有接送服務，去時住日出沙灘，退房後，酒店聯絡阿南亞酒店，酒店馬上派車來接。退房時，大廳小姐請我們在大廳休息。酒店人員幫忙辦理登船的程序，行李也幫推到船，掛上船。整個服務超貼心。等快上船時在去排隊上船。超推.👍👍👍

Katastrof!!!!
Servicen var katastrof och totalt ointresserad personal. Disk överallt runt poolen och maten från restaurangen är under all kritik med tanke på att hotellet har 4/5 stjärnor!!!! Väldigt dyrt hotell så allting borde ha varit tipp topp! Även så pass mkt mögel på rummet så vi va tvugna att byta rum. Kan inte rekommendera till någon. Enda som va bra va servisen i receptionen, killarna som häntade bagaget och städpersonalen.
