Spent 3 nights there. Couldn’t sleep for more than maybe 30 minutes before being awakened by a truck, car with loud music or motorcycle. Also, a/c didn’t maintain temperature in the room very well. However, the staff was nice.

Stayed a couple nights with our dog. Area was convenient to historic district, river and shopping/eating streets.Hotel room/lobby was very nice even though I did not get the corner room I booked since not ready at 4pm, still 35 minute wait for the 2nd room we were put in. Staff not that engaging but they were nice. Valet parked but probably should have parked in open lot across the street if my car wasn't packed with stuff and saved $45 a night but that would be your choice, neighborhood seemed safe, but hotel outside our window looked shady. I'm not a fan of Savannah but this was a nice hotel for the price and location.

Nice hotel downtown
Fine hotel. Make sure that you do NOT stay on the 2nd floor because you will hear people working out in the gym 24/7 and kids screaming at the pool. Location is great. Room was nice and spacious. Good shower.

The hotel was in a great location. Traffic noise was loud in our 4th floor room but included noise machine really helped. Loved having a Keurig, Microwave and mini fridge in room. The pool and hot tub were small but very nice- would help if hotel labelled what floor they were on as we had to ask. Had to ask to have our room cleaned and new towels despite a 3 night stay which seemed odd. Staff at front desk were not always the friendliest. We had problems with our in room safe and it was fixed promptly. Also had problems with the roller blinds/shade (controlled by button on wall).

The pro to this property is location. You can walk everywhere, close to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, our room was a mess! The AC had something wrong with it and wasn’t cooling, so it had to run constantly. The noise was so loud! We had a hard time sleeping because it would have these long screeches and make terrible noises. I tried to use their hairdryer and it blew out the lights. We had to go down to the front desk. Then getting our car was a pain! The link wasn’t working to pay, we had to get someone to resend the link. The Valet guys were great but it just seemed like one thing after another. Not what I was hoping for.
