Stayed one night. Smelled like mold and corner of room had water damage. Roaches twice in the bathroom. If we had arrived earlier I would have asked for money back and stayed at a different hotel.

The staff was super friendly, the room itself was huge however the couch had a nasty huge stain on it and I'm sure it contributed to the packy smell that was in our room. On top of that our AC was not working well. It was cleaned but the smell was just an old smell and the fact that the AC wasn't working right could have attributed to the smell.

Needed Repair
How could it be better? A dry floor would be nice. A ceiling without evidence of a water leak and varying degrees of stains. Walls that are smooth and not swollen with water damage, walls that do not have a large circular hole in them and finally how about walls that have healthy drywall under the paint and not "soft to touch" drywall. The room probably had some mild mold which would have got much worse if I had not called it to there attention. The cleaning crew and past maintenance personal did a horrible "patch" jobs to cover the stains. This is so wrong as some people are highly allergic to mold. I do have a sensitivity and usually can smell a bad case of mold. I only felt the room was very "humid" and "moist." The hole in the wall was certainly big enough for mice and other critters. I put the trash can against this area.

Overall my stay was above average. The bartender and the front desk receptionist on morning of 8/20 were great. The lady that checked me in on 8/19, and later received a breakfast voucher from when I inquired about adding it to my room didnt know what she was doing when it came to adding on the breakfast option or didnt care, which caused a slight issue when I tried redeeming my voucher the morning on 8/20. Staff on the morning of 8/20 made it right. Thank you!

Great stay for price. My only comment is their attention to detail: they didn’t fill the soap containers, the bed was sloppily made, and they didn’t provide new towels. But we were able to ask for more soap and towels. For the price on a cheap vacation, it was great! Staff was friendly and attentive.

Great stay after a 17 hour drive. Always stay here. Only thing is that side entrance door is broken and was open. There’s even a sign that says, “sorry but this door must be closed.” Saw multiple people just walking in.
