I arrived for my 1 night stay and asked about my prepaid breakfast and was told that the hotel did not show I had paid for the meal in my reservation. They were wrong. The next morning I had housekeeping knock lightly and open my door and come into my room at 9:35 AM. I told them to not do that again and leave the room. They only lightly knocked and didn't say a word when they cane in without my permission and I was not dressed and prepared for visitors at that moment. The man that walked in said "oh its ok". It was not ok. I told the front desk about my experience with housekeeping and received no apology. I also complained about prepaying for breakfast at check out and was informed that somehow, their system was miraculously now showing my prepaid breakfast on my reservation. I have stayed at this location a dozen times over the last decade, but will not return in the future.

The lighting was terrible Old lamps, had to search for the light switch No usb connectors The shower head had NO pressure, took forever to wash my hair. There was a light in the parking lot, had to have blinds all the way down. The pillows looked firm, but, as soon as you laid your head down, they would flatten. No ice machine on floor, there was a room for the machine, but nothing was in it, had to go down to 1st floor in my pajamas to get ice. I-95 is so close, I could hear all the traffic. The windows are old, that’s why we could hear all the noise. We rented two rooms there, and we will never stay there nor recommend anyone to stay there. We were very disappointed.

Very high surprise pet fee; no breakfast
Our stay was overall nice. The room was clean, comfortable, and best of all for us, it was quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was the surprise huge pet fee at check-in. We always travel with our small dog, and we’re used to paying a customary pet fee of $25-$35, or leaving a deposit, but here it is $75 per night which I didn’t learn until check in and too late to back out. Had I known they were going to add such an excess charge, I would have chosen a different place. It would have been a lot better if this excess fee was clearly stated at time of booking. The hotel can charge whatever they see fit and a lesson learned is I should have taken the extra inconvenient step of calling the hotel first. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of things to come, with hotels charging a huge pet fee, but lesson learned. Another unpleasant surprise is the reservation stated breakfast is available, and I even pre-paid for breakfast for two, but there was no obvious breakfast area, no signs anywhere, and no one having breakfast, but they had good coffee but that seemed to be free for everyone. I was going to ask the front desk where is this mystery breakfast that I prepaid, but of course it was during peak check out time and they had their hands full, so we just grabbed our coffee and hit the road. This would have been a much better experience if there was better transparency about the pet fee, and if there really is breakfast available, please explain at check-in how/where to get it.

The bar staff was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. No customer service skills at all and sometimes just wont wait on you. It should never take 15-30 minutes for a drink. Thank goodnes for Valery getting us a drink.

Right off i95. Very close to many restaurants and all needs. We stayed for a night on our way from NY to FL. Comfortable, clean and very convenient. Would stay again.

Clean. Easy to access. Check in friendly. Ceiling in room peeling but no signs of mold. Mattresses seemed worn but I still slept fine. Seems like breakfast should have been included as an industry standard for this type of hotel.
