Morgan Estates welcomes you to our modern rustic home which is nestled between historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. This house is located in Whitemarsh Island and approximately 15 minutes in either direction. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Publix supermarket, Walmart, and restaurants such as Papa's Barbecue, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, and Asian Fusion. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8-10 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches. Just ok
The property looked beautiful online but several things were disappointing. Con’s-The carpets, the dining room chairs and the master bathroom floor behind the door appeared dirty (Pictures available) and the bath towels smelled musty. Pros-the beds and sheets were comfortable, location worked with our plans. Due to incoming Hurricane Helene, we had to leave early-so glad we did. We would have been stuck for days. Thankfully host refunded the unused nights.

Great location for a balance of beach and city
Overall this was such a great house for an adult family trip. We loved the couch, table, and open kitchen. There were a couple of things that were not described fully in the listing/ we didn’t think about ourselves: - the 4th bedroom is a converted garage that does not get A/C without the door being left open to the kitchen. - the door to the backyard does not have a screen door and the mosquitoes are aggressive so there was no having the door open for some people to be seated outside and others indoors for socialization or airing out the house after cooking bacon. - there were some kitchen appliances that were really gross or broken when we got there. Hopefully the owner has replaced these and talked with the cleaners about making sure all dishes are in fact clean before leaving it for the new guests.

Great house - easy to get to 😀
Great location and easy to get to Savannah and Tybee Island. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Only two things - both beach umberellas were broken and some of the beach chairs where rusted and not usable. But these were just minor things and we enjoyed the house and amenities! We would stay again.

Beautiful and spacious house
From the time you walk in, it's a wow factor, has everything you need, with so much room in the living room, dining room and so many beds in the bedrooms. The outside also has so much room with a dining table, and sitting areas everywhere. The outside Pergola area is beautiful. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

Good for groups
I needed an affordable place close to Savannah that could accommodate a larger group of people, and this fit the bill. Check in information is given the afternoon of, but the host is quick to respond to any messages, and we all had a great time! The living area was a great hang out spot for drinks and board games. Although we didn’t visit, the location seems nice for the beach and has some amenities provided as well.

Great quiet location!
Perfect size home with great amenities. Close to the major stores and the beach. Just a short trip to historic Savannah. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and replies to inquiries were almost instantaneous.Only downside to the property was the bathrooms are quite small and shower in the master bathroom is difficult to turn on without getting wet !

Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!
Overall, this home was exactly as shown and described. It was clean and wonderful as well as providing ample space for two families of 4. They also provided all essential basics and then some to get you through your stay or at least most of it depending on needs. It has a central location to Savannah and Tybee Island as described and is less than 20 minutes to either location depending on where you want to visit. We had no complaints about our stay.

We loved the house, the location was perfect, halfway between Savannah and Tybee Island. It was exactly as described and check-in and check-out was flawless. Communication with our host was great. The only thing we have a complaint about, if you could call it a complaint, is the sectional sofa, it was very hard to get up once you sat down on it. And we noticed there was a torn place on the back of it at the top. Other than that, every thing else was great! This will be our home away from home for our future trips to Tybee Island and Savannah!

Perfect location
We were just 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The rooms were the perfect size. Just enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook breakfast every morning.

Cozy place with a few issues
The property was nice and welcoming. A few of my cousins and myself had a small retreat in Savannah and we needed a small residence to spend some quality time. The house was clean overall, but one of the bedroom sheets hadn’t been washed. There was hair in the bed along with dirt on the sheets. We washed the sheets and the marks came out. The dryer needs to be serviced, as it took several times for the for clothes to get dry and it was not overloaded. Please, please get another couch; no matter where you sit on it, you go all the way down making it impossible to get up off of it. Lastly, the picture of the backyard was not what was presented in the pictures and the grass needed cutting so we didn’t do any activities outside as we had planned.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. It is very centrally located from Downtown and Tybee Island. It was very quiet and serene. We loved the outside area. Beds and the whole house is very comfortable. Very large TVs in each room. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

Great getaway
The space was great for our family. Our little kids slept on the couch and it worked out. The owners were great to work with. We did have an elderly man walk into our space the last day. But he was just confused and was supposed to be in the other part of the house.
